  • What is your style of Music

  •   My music is Electro-Pop with occasional musical theatre/opera vocals. I want my music to sound like huge Superbowl anthems with massive synths, and a musical theatre Broadway style largeness to it.

  • Tell Us A Little About Yourself

  • I am a multi-genre, multi-talented performer. I am a full-time princess pop star, and always wear a tiara! I produce, write, and mix my own music! I am a one girl show: I edit and create everything on my social media. I am 20 years old, and started college as youngest on campus at age 15 to train my voice classically. I can sing in 10 languages, and I speak Spanish too. I strive to build a worldwide legacy career, and my biggest goal in life is to make the world smile with my music!

  • Where are you based?

  • I was born and still live  in Houston, Texas, USA

  • How long have you been making music?

  • 7 years doing music production. Started producing in 2015, and then was accepted to Frost School of Music, University of Miami summer training on producing and music in 2016.

  • What inspired you to pursue a career in music?

  • When growing up, I was surrounded by pop star influences in early 2000s media and radio. I've always sang my heart out ever since I was little, and I've always had the belief that I was put on this Earth to perform for the masses.

  • What are your biggest musical influences?

  • Lady Gaga, Freddie Mercury, La Roux, Gwen Stefani, Black Eyed Peas, Jamiroquai, Michael Jackson, Florence + The Machine, Katy Perry, Rick James, Kpop, early 2000s pop, 70s disc

  • Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?

  • I am independent.

  • What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?

  • My biggest challenge has been relaxation. I work 8-10 {yesterday 12} hours on my career every day. I create everything you can think of, and I continue to. I don't think it's a bad thing, but I need to learn to take time off both mentally and physically so that I can be my best for everyone.

  • How many songs or albums have you released to date?

  • I have released 5 pop singles and one self-composed piano album so far. Much more are coming soon.

  • Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?

  • My latest song, "Zhoosh It Up!" is a song about turning your life around. It's about gaining confidence to do what you want, working hard to make your biggest dreams happen, and to make your surroundings reflect who you are as a person. For me, that means having diamond home decor, and changing my wardrobe to extravagant princess clothes. Life is fun when you zhoosh it up, so be someone. Become who you want to be, who you really are inside, and live life to the full.

Tell Us A Bit About The Band

We’re The Crom. We’re a 4 piece Indie/Alternative band from Perth in
Scotland. We formed in late 2019 and the band members are, Alan
Sweeney – Lead vocals, rhythm guitar, synthesiser and songwriter. Joel
Robertson – Lead guitar, vocals and keyboards. Frankie Sweeney – Bass
guitar and vocals and Lee Fitzpatrick – Drums, percussion and vocals.

How Long Have You Been Making Music ?

We’ve all been in various bands. Sometimes with each other. But I’ve

personally been making music since 1997

How Would You Describe Your Style of Music ?
We’re very much a guitar based, Indie band. We all love The Beatles and
all the guitar bands they inspired. We try to come up with catchy hooks,
powerful choruses and most importantly, nice melodies. We also work
really hard on our four way harmonies.

Where Are You Based ?
We’re based in Perth, Scotland.

Who or What Are Your Biggest Musical Influences ?
Without a shadow of a doubt, The Beatles and John Lennon.

Are you signed to a label  or independent ?
We’re currently unsigned so if any record labels follow Prospect Radio,
then come and make us an offer haha

What have been the Biggest challenges to date ?
I think the biggest challenge for any new artist is getting yourself out
there. It’s easier to release music and social media is brilliant but finding
the right set of ears, the right outlet can be challenging. That’s why I
think internet radio is king right now and you guys at Prospect Radio are
brilliant at giving people like us a platform.

How many songs or albums have you released to date ?
We’ve released one album, Right On Cue. Released on the 6th of
November 2021 and we released our first single from our soon to be
recorded second album, Silver Spoon on the 10th of May this year.

Tell us a few things about your latest release?
Silver Spoon saw the introduction of synthesisers alongside our usual
overdriven guitars. The song is about the very clear class divide that
seems to be ever more prevalent than ever before.

All of our music is available on all the major streaming platforms.
Spotify, Apple music etc. Just search for The Crom on your preferred
platform.

What have you got coming up in the near future?
We’re proud to say that on Tuesday (19th July), we won a Scotland wide
battle of the bands competition. The contest took place at the
legendary music venue, The Twa Tams in Perth and had been running
since the beginning of April. So it’s a massive deal for us to win such a
prestigious competition. As well as playing all over Scotland, our album,
Right On Cue is in the running for Scottish Album of the Year and we’re

playing our first summer festival (The Craigie Hill Festival) on the 10 th of
September. We’re also going to start recording our second album any
time now so it’s a busy time for us.

Matt musical career began in 2014 with his debut album Old Man; a collection of folk songs inspired by his many trips and experiences around the world. The watershed, however, came two years later following the release of his sophomore album ‘Solitudes’ Produced by Montreal-based music producer Connor Seidel.

The record sold over 45 000 albums and garnered 17M streams, a Gold Record as well as two nominations at the ADISQ Gala, for Album of the year and Concert of the year. In 2018 the artist toured Canada, the United States and Europe, sold over 15 000 tickets and was invited by The Cure’s frontman Robert Smith to perform at London’s Meltdown Festival. The global pandemic forced the artist to cut short his 2020 tour to support his previous album ‘Weird Ones’. The artist, will now return to the stages in 2023 to deliver an electrifying, immersive series of live dates across Canada, France and the UK to support the release of ‘Like Flowers on a Molten Lawn’.

Raising Ravens was conceived by Australian artist, Jess Finlayson in 2020 and grew into a musical nebula over the following years of mayhem and chaos. The album was recorded over a 3-year period of time, dodging lockdowns and all manner of storms, embracing the ambiguous nature of the dark and light aspects of life and rock and roll. Including contributions from some of Jess’s favourite musical comrades, Raising Ravens has become more of a collective than one singular entity and continues to evolve. Choosing to remain completely independent, Jess created her own label, Interloper Records in 2021 with all Raising Ravens releases being launched from a platform owned and run by the artist. A hard-hitting rock-based project, Raising Ravens focuses on topics that tend to be swept under the carpet or ignored and touches on subjects relating to worldwide and personally experienced abuses of power and the effects those abuses have on those who are at its mercy. Working alongside long-standing friend and producer, Lachlan Mitchell, Raising Ravens have managed to pull together a vast body of eclectic work with both national and international tours on the immediate horizon. There may even be an album number two in the works.

I

Zoe Maza

The liberian/german singer and songwriter Zoe Mazah is writing soul-infused reggae songs of big and small emotions close to her thoughts and feels. Lyrics to uplift and touch the heart. Fat beats, pumping basslines and the sweet skanks of reggae guitars seducing and inviting to daydream and relax. Zoe Mazah mixes her African and European heritage with Roots-Reggae vibes and powerful sounds of Nu-Soul and Dub. Her latest Album  was released on the 14th April.

How Long Have You Been Making Music ?
I started to play the piano at the age of 3 and somehow I felt very early that music is more to me than just a hobby. It’s my way to express my emotions and thoughts.
How Would You Describe Your Style of Music ?
Well my kind of Roots Reggae for sure mixes many of the influences I was exposed to in my life from Jazz Soul to even classical music. But my heart beats for Reggae.
Where Are You Based ?
I was born in Bong Mines/ Liberia but my home base is in Munich Germany now.
Who or What Are Your Biggest Musical Influences ?
Somehow it feel like the biggest musical influences I had have been all the old vinyls my father used to play. From Soul Gospel music to The Beatles and Harry Belafonte. When I discovered Reggae it was Peter Tosh and of course Bob Marley before I started to venture out and tried to find out about other artists.
Are you signed to a label  or independent ?
I am a fully independent working artist
What have been the Biggest challenges to date ?
Probably the biggest challenge to me was to keep writing and composing when I had children. Because to be a mother occupies so much of your time thoughts and dedication that it’s hard to keep up practicing daily and I was missing the daily writing a lot. I really learned what I means to be disciplined with my time and focus. I know many working moms can relate to this feeling of making time for what I really important to you and sacrifice even your sleep for it. I have so much respect and love for all this working moms out there!
IHow many songs or albums have you released to date ?
Songs I don’t know because there have been many collabs and singles but Higher Vibration is my fourth studio album
Tell us a few things about your latest release?
The creating process of Higher Vibration has been very special to me cause I have never been free in the production process like this before. The cooperation with Rocksteady Fred and Louie Melody has been outstanding we became deeply connected and like a magical music triangle from Sweden to Germany and Portugal. These guys are incredibly talented and also they gave me the space to fully spread my wings lyrically and songwriter wise. I am beyond thankful to have had the opportunity to work with both of them

What have you got coming up in the near future?
I will definitely play across Europe with my band this summer and maybe also going back to California for some show
How can people get in contact with you?
